HR Leaders Conference

We were proud to be part of the HR Leaders Conference in Dubai last Tuesday — an event that brings together forward-thinking HR professionals and decision-makers from across the globe.

Representing iCOVER Services was Vera Gondard, our Director of Customer Success, International, who joined a vibrant community of HR leaders to explore the future of work, digital transformation in HR, and the evolving role of human capital in a fast-changing world.

Hosted in one of the world’s most dynamic business hubs, the conference offered valuable insights into:

🙎‍♂️Multigenerational co-existence

🌿HR’s role in ESG Strategies

🌐Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

💬AI mindset for HR and L&D

Thank you to the organizers of the HR Leaders Conference for an inspiring event, and to all the leaders who continue to push boundaries in shaping tomorrow’s workforce.
