In this ID authentication process, a current officially recognized ID document provided by a subject will be authenticated through a two-stage process driven by OCR and a sophisticated fraud technical analysis. All personal data and document security features, such as photo review (authenticity), expiry date check, date of birth, and Machine Readable Code (MRZ) will be confirmed.

Our authentication process ensures accuracy and detects discrepancies by comparing personal data against the document’s security features using our secure platform. This is done in compliance with ICAO Document 9303 and ISO/IEC 7501-1 standards.

Advanced Technical Analysis
We also perform technical checks to detect tampering or forgery, including:
- Analyzing document structure and metadata
- Identifying irregularities in appearance or formatting
If any issues are flagged, a Fraud Expert will manually review the document to provide a final, “Decisional” result, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and security.
