Stage 1: Data Validation

We start by verifying the individual’s data against the security features of their identity document using our secure platform. This is done in compliance with ICAO Document 9303 and ISO/IEC 57501-1 standards.

Here’s what we verify:

  • Document Type:
    Confirming the type matches the provided details.
  • Issuing Country:
    Verifying the document’s origin.
  • Personal Details:
    Validating the subject’s name and date of birth.
  • Expiry Date:
    Ensuring the document is still valid.
  • MRZ Codes:
    Checking the accuracy of Machine Readable Zone codes.
  • Required Fields:
    Ensuring all required fields are present and complete.
    Our Right to Work Validation confirms an individual’s legal eligibility to work in a specific country. This process ensures compliance with security standards set by the issuing authority of the identity document.

    Stage 2: Technical Analysis

    We perform a deeper analysis to detect tampering or forgery by examining

    • Zoning

    If we detect red flags and cannot verify the document, our Fraud Expert will manually review it. This process may add up to two days to the turnaround time to ensure a final, decisive result.

    Manual Review (if needed):

    If discrepancies or red flags are detected, a Fraud Expert will conduct a manual review to confirm the results. This may add up to two days to the processing time to ensure a decisive and accurate outcome.
    This comprehensive validation process guarantees confidence in confirming an individual’s right to work legally.

    Report

    After a check, whether it results in a “CLEAR” or “REVIEW” status, a report is generated with the following key features:
