Authentication
Send a POST request to /authenticate using your credentials. You’ll receive a token to include in your headers.
Browse Services
Use the Get Products endpoint to see available screening services. Some may require a source (e.g. school, employer).
Check Requirements
Use Get Product Requirements to view mandatory and optional fields, data types, and allowed values.
Draft and Submit
Fill in the dynamic requirements for each service, then submit the order.
Follow Progress
Use GET requests or webhooks to track: Screening Status, Verified vs Submitted Data, Actions Taken, Data Changes, Agent Notes (if they need more info)
Get the Final Report
Receive the final report in PDF format, via webhook (as JSON), or by calling the get screening details endpoint.
