          The client submits a request for a Court Search check via our platform.

          Step 2: Requirements Review

          iCOVER reviews the submitted information for accuracy and completeness.
          If Complete: Proceed to next step.
          If Incomplete: AIR is raised to client. Process paused.

          Step 3: Case Processing

          Based on the country of service, iCOVER processes and fulfills the request through the most appropriate channel, ensuring compliance with local regulations and efficiency in delivery.

          Step 4: Results Reception & Review

          Results are received and matched against the Subject of Interest (SOI) using available identifiers to confirm relevance and accuracy.

          Step 5: QC & Final Report

          A final quality check is conducted. Upon successful verification, the final report is compiled and delivered to the client.

          After a check, whether it results in a “CLEAR” or “REVIEW” status, a report is generated with the following key features:
