An end-to-end overview of our direct and partner-led criminal certificate process.

Step 1: Order Submission

The client submits a request for a Criminal Certificate check via our platform.

Step 2: Requirements Review

iCOVER reviews the submitted information for completeness.
If Complete: Proceed to next step.
If Incomplete: Returned to client via AIR. Process paused.

Steps 3 & 4: Processing & Receival

Based on the country of service, iCOVER processes directly with the authority or assigns it to the in-country partner.

If Direct:
Certificate sent to the Candidate or iCOVER, as per the regulations of the country of service, based on authorization.

If Partner:
Partner uploads the certificate to our secure platform.

Step 5: QC & Final Report

iCOVER’s quality team conducts a thorough review. Upon completion, a final report is generated and delivered to the client.

Report

After a check, whether it results in a “CLEAR” or “REVIEW” status, a report is generated with the following key features:
