The solution involves verification of a set of questions from a designated referee. It is verifying references by directly contacting one or more specified individuals (e.g., company directors, line managers, clients, or third-party providers). It is conducted using a customizable preset questionnaire agreed upon with the Client, and it includes all responses.

Stage 1: Research

Once the client confirms the case, our verification agents get in contact directly with one specified individual (e.g., company directors, line managers, clients, or third-party providers) to do the reference check by using a customizable preset questionnaire agreed upon with the Client. If the client wants multiple people contacted, they need separate orders.

Stage 2: Production

The information gathered in the previous step is structured as per the report scope, and the report is written and quality-controlled (reviewed and edited).

Stage 3: Delivery

The verification report is generated, including all responses to the preset questionnaire, and it is delivered to the Client.
